Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Dream Wave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and that refunds may be subject to a restocking fee in some cases.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. All exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Once we receive your exchange, we will inspect the item and send out the new item within 2-3 business days. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either issue a refund or charge your original payment method for the difference.

Exceptions:

Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are marked as clearance, sale, or otherwise indicated as non-returnable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
